The 11 Iranian and the first International Conference on Machine Vision and Image Processing (MVIP) is an excellent and premier forum comprising several scientific tracks organized by the Iranian Society of Machine Vision and Image Processing (ISMVIP). The 11 MVIP conference will be held at the Department of Computer Engineering, University of Tehran, College of Farabi, Faculty of Engineering, Qom, Iran, from March 19 & 20, 2020. Accepted paper will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

The University of Tehran, College of Farabi is located in the religious city of Qom, 120 kilometers south of the Capital. This College is one of the important academic parts of University of Tehran which is the oldest higher education center in Qom province. It has contiguity pride to Holy shrine of Fatima-Al-Masoumeh. It also has a heavy responsibility as a connective bridge for unity between two scientific–spiritual centers, university and seminary (Hawza ʻilmiyya) with regards to geographical location.
