At a meeting held on Tuesday, December 5, 2009 by Dr. Kaveh, Director of IRIB and a new member of the Executive Committee of the Conference and the Executive Committee of the Iranian Conference on Machine Vision and Image Processing, discussions were held in the Office of Engineering of Farabi University Campus Engineering. They discussed how the conference was covered in news agencies, radio and TV networks, and actions in this regard.

The meeting was scheduled to hold press conferences with news agencies at the earliest opportunity, as well as correspondence with broadcasters.
